Membership Consultant

Up to 15k basic OTE £40k

I am currently recruiting for a membership consultant to work for one of the most luxury brands in the world.

As a membership consultant you will be helping the Membership Manager in successfully achieving budgeted sales and membership targets through an innovative sales and marketing process as well as to improve retention of existing members through the development of an internal programme of member events and five star service standards.

The successful candidate needs to have experience of working within a 5 Star Luxury environment and a minimum of 1 year in Sales and Marketing field with a previous high end Fitness and Leisure background. We need someone that is pro-active and who will put in the hours and the work needed to hit their monthly sales targets. You will need to be great on the phone and have a natural ability to build rapport and personalise the benefits of joining for each and every prospective member. You must have good communication skills, a high level of written and verbal business English and be organised and able to prioritise and work to deadline.
