Membership Sales Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established leisure facility as part of their high achieving sales team. The role demands a strong sales consultant (preferable from a health and fitness or commercial leisure background) who can capitalise on every lead the business receives and generates.
We are keen to talk to candidates who can meet the following criteria:
Firstly you'll need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success working in any proactive sales environment to challenging sales targets where you are responsible for generating your own leads as focusing on your conversion rates
Secondly you will need to have a genuine interest and passion for health and fitness and the other commercial aspect of their business Finally you'll need to show that you can work well within a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals who are driven and have a passion to succeed. You will need to show an ability to manage a busy workload and achieve financial targets as well as a positive and proactive attitude.
We are looking for a minimum 2 years proactive sales experience. Solid sales & account management skills are essential.
