Marketing Manager - New Luxury Private Members Family Club - London

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a new luxury private members club concept catering for the whole family. With the company well backed, the post holder will be very hands-on initially, responsible for marketing and events for their first club, with a view to taking on a Group Marketing Manager post when more sites open next year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO to establish their brand voice and develop the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and aid retention.

  • Devise and manage their monthly, quarterly and annual marketing calendar.

  • Collaborate with key stake holders to devise and deliver campaigns and events.

  • Manage all internal and external communications and content.

  • Work with a small inhouse design team.

  • Oversee their Social Media strategy.

  • Build strong relations with third party suppliers.

  • Get involved with more than just marketing being a start-up!

The Person

  • Hands-on, bright, organised, creative and on the up in their career.

  • Marketing degree or equivalent.

  • In-House marketing experience within health and fitness, leisure, hospitality or childcare.

  • Consumer brand marketing experience with a luxury or family orientated brand.

  • Live within commuting distance of London (Working remotely 1 day week)
