Head Chef / Kitchen Manager - St Albans - Fresh Food Gastro Pub

up to £28k + £4k bonus

My client are the leading pub and bar operator in the UK, looking for a strong Kitchen Manager or Head Chef to join the team in St Albans. The role will be looking after a team of chefs working with a varied menu where you will have control over the menu itself and be able to bring some creative flare to your work.

I am looking to speak to experienced Head Chefs who have worked with fresh food and in high volume sites, and also looking to speak to Senior Sous Chefs who are looking for their first Head Chef/Kitchen Manager Opportunity.
