Kitchen Manager - Premium Private Members Club

Up to £25k Basic + 10% bonus

My client are a leading premium private members club near Croydon. Set to undergo a £2.5m refurb in the summer of 2019, this is an exceptional time for an experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to join the team.

The role of Kitchen Manager will be the over see the kitchen team of 6, be hands on cooking, whilst also managing the Health and Safety, Stock Takes, Training and Development of the team.

The role will report in to the Food and Beverage Manager who has progress from this role previously, so you will have a huge amount of guidance and support from him.

The role will require weekend work, but does come with the benfit of no split shifts and finish by 10pm most days.

You will recieve an excellent basic of £25k, and will be able to earn up to 10% bonus for hitting your targets. You will also get 2 free memberships for you and 1 other worth nearly £2k annually.
