Full Time Kitchen Assistant - Manchester

£9 per hour

Our clients mission is to bring the world's most loved restaurants into everyone's home or office - fast. Delivering an innovative new concept: Fully equipped kitchen with 5 units for our client's most popular restaurant partners. After an exceptionally successful trial they have launched a delivery only restaurant kitchen in the Manchester area, and need a team of fantastic Kitchen Assistants to join the team.

As a Kitchen Assistant you will help to keep the kitchen running smoothly and ensure that it is clean, safe and hygienic. Your duties will include some washing and cleaning of kitchen equipment, but primarily your time will be spent communicating with kitchen staff and also the riders to ensure deliveries are made on time. You will also be involved in unloading deliveries, handling chemicals, general cleaning of whole venue, changing oils and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly stored. You will need to be computer literate and competent with the use of PC's, as you will also be involved in working with the Dispatch team on orders.

The pay for this position is £9 per hour and the successful candidate will be on a 30 hour per week contract, with overtime opportunities available.
