Hotel Group Training Manager

Applications invited from experienced Hotel Training Managers looking for a move to a group role. The role can be based in Bristol or London with all travelling expenses covered.

The Group Training Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing training programs, identifying, and supporting training needs, supporting individuals and Hotel teams with training to drive skills, product knowledge, guest service, engagement, succession planning and team member development. The role also includes motivating, monitoring, and measuring the performance and development of programs, individual and team training.

Requirements:

• Hotel Training Management experience
• Effective communication skills
• The ability to lead, influence and develop individuals and Hotel teams
• A proactive approach
• Excellent knowledge of hotel standards
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail
