General Manager Holiday Park - Bournemouth, Dorset up to 70K basic OTE110K

We are looking for a general manager to work for a well-established holiday park in the Bournemouth Area.

We are looking for either an experienced General Manager from an existing holiday park looking for a fresh challenge or potentially a highly regarded and top performing GM who is looking for their first appointment in a medium sized operation with a strong ownership base. You will need to have a well-rounded skillset across holiday home sales, operations, food and beverage, retail and ideally sport and leisure You will be managing through multiple heads of departments and a large team of full and part time staff and we are looking for ambitious candidates who have the drive, motivation and leadership skills and who will lives and breathe the ethos and vales of the company to deliver an exceptional owner/guest experience whilst delivering the commercial budget.

In return my client is offering highly competitive basic salary of 60-70K dependent on experience, uncapped performance related bonuses and accommodation on park.
