Holiday Home Sales Manager Leading Holiday Park 50K basic OTE 80K nr Cirencester

We are looking for a sales manager to work for a leading residential holiday park in Gloucestershire offering a highly competitive basic salary of 50K with the genuine opportunity to earn an OTE in excess of 80K.

As sales manager you will be hands on whilst leading and directing a team of 2 sales people to sell with complete integrity and to achieve daily and monthly sales targets selling quality holiday homes and lodges through a consultative sales process.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and successful sales professional with a proven track record in the holiday park industry.

As one of the senior managers on the park team are working towards a common goal of supporting the sales team in generating and converting the maximum amount of quality leads from all internal and external sources.

First class interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
