Head of Group Exercise Kensington up to 70K package

A rare and exceptional opportunity to head up the group exercise programme for a large luxury fitness club in Kensington . As head of group exercise you will need to a rockstar instructor at the very top of the industry with the experience and skill to direct, programme and manage a 100+class studio timetable working with some of the very paid and highest paid freelance instructors in London. It is essential interested candidates:

• Are recognized as being a rock star GX instructor by your peers
• Have significant experience managing at the very top end of the market (premium fitness or boutique only)
• Possess inspirational leadership and motivational qualities
• Have strong analytical and programming skills
• Want to deliver 8-10 rock star classes per week.
• Will work a combination of shifts including Saturdays.

For the successful candidate the rewards are second to none with a basic salary of 45K for a 32 hour week managing the GX programme, for the additional 8 hours you are contracted for each week you will be paid up to £75/hr to take classes taking the annual package to up to 70K per annum.
