I am specifically looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years' experience managing a busy kitchen and brigade of Chefs for an exciting new concept kitchen in Reading.

The role requires you to demonstrate that you are a strong trainer and coach and that you possess great motivational and people management skills. I am only looking to speak to Chefs who have a huge passion for food.

The position will involve working afternoon and evening shifts and an average of three weekends out of four.

The pay for this position is £29,120 per annum based on a 40 hour week and there will be opportunities for paid overtime, in addition to providing an outstanding range of benefits.
