What you must bring to the role to be considered:

• A degree in any subject
• Be PC literate and ideally proactive in task management
• Have a hands on approach to all tasks you undertake with a focus on getting the job done
• Have an organised approach and be diary aware!
• A spirit and self-belief that you can achieve anything with support of your fellow colleagues
• Determination and commitment
• An interest in sports and well being

The main responsibilities would include

• Lead generation to support with internal and external recruiting processes
• Using social media to generate an interest in roles and proactively dealing with the responses
• Utilising job board databases to find talent
• Working towards targets to ensure a pipeline of candidates is readily available for the growing business

The role requires you to work Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm but there may also be the need to work sporadically an evening or weekend where time would be given in lieu. There is also a bonus scheme based on overachievement
