We are looking for a General Manager to take on the exciting challenge in a fantastic sports and fitness centre in Surrey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, develop and inspire your team to be the best version of themselves every day.
• Ensure you and your team deliver a fantastic customer experience always looking to go above and beyond.
• Develop and deliver a great programme of classes, events and services to customers.
• Ensure the facilities always look first class, taking care of cleaning, maintenance and health and safety.
• Manage financial budgets and administration for business.

Person Specification:

• Outgoing, professional disposition with an ownership mentality.
• Impeccable standards and a real eye for detail.
• A Passion for delivering 5-star service and obsessive about operational standards.
• Club Manager, Centre Manager or General Manager experience within a quality sports, leisure or fitness environment.
• Experience in developing and delivering new programmes and events
