Up to £30k basic + Bonus + Profit Share

My client have recently opened their 5th site in London, and show no signs of slowing down.

A fresh and healthy focus on one of Britains favourite take away foods, my client are changing the way we know Chinese Food.

I am ideally looking to speak to the strongest Assistant Managers in the industry who are looking for their first step up to General Manager, or General Managers who are passionate about food and looking for a fresh challenge. If you have a love for Chinese Food, this will be a huge advantage of course.

You will be given full responsibility for the whole store, from managing a team of up to 20 staff, delivery drivers, full acountibility for the P&L, recruitment, training and development and of course, hitting KPIs, targets and delivering impeccable service to customers every day.

The role will include evening and weekend work, so flexibility is a must.
