General Manager - Highbury and Islington - Fresh Start up Chinese Concept

My client are one of the most exciting fresh start up companies in the market in 2018, and have huge expansion plans to grow to 30 stores in the next 5 years. Delivering freshly wok cooked chinese to order, they bring a new approach to the delivery market.

With expansion in mind, we are looking for a General Manager to join the team in North London. You could be a General Manager with a QSR background looking for a fresh challenge, or a strong Assistant Manager looking for their first step up in to the world of General Management.

The role qill require you to manage all aspects of the store, from recruiting part time staff to managing the rota, P&L, ordeing, Health and safety, and complying to all H&S rules and Regulations. You will report directly in to the Head Office Team and work closely with the Operations Director whilst being given autonomy for your site and performance.
