We are looking for a General Manager to launch and open a brand-new fitness studio wellness concept in the heart of affluent Chelsea, South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the owner with the launch from pre-sale to opening.
• Full financial accountability; profit and loss, income, expenditure, debtors; helping set the budgets and business plan.
• Recruit, train and inspire your team to deliver a 5-star holistic experience to their affluent customers.
• Devise and deliver a sales and marketing strategy with support of the team.
• Develop their operational procedures to ensure the studio is always immaculate, safe and in perfect working order at all times.
• Support with the development and success of the overall business.

Person Specification:

• Immaculately presented, highly personable and professional with outstanding communication skills.
• Hands-on and strategic approach to leadership with an ownership mentality and entrepreneurial flair.
• Experience as a General Manager, Club Manager, Studio Manager, Spa Director or Leisure Director catering for high-net-worth clientele.
• Demonstrable track record in growing an entrepreneurial business or start-up in the affluent London market.
• An advocate of living an active healthy lifestyle.
