General Manager- Hotel, Golf & leisure - Warwickshire - £60-£70K + bonus +benefits

We are looking for a General Manager to manage a fantastic hotel, golf, leisure and spa resort near Stratford-Upon-Avon in Warwickshire catering for the whole family, not just avid golfers.

As General Manager you will be responsible for leading 120+ team members to deliver a world class service across their extensive sports, fitness, spa, kids, hotel and food and beverage departments. You will work closely with your members to ensure you deliver and surpass their expectations on what a great club should be like and ultimately drive participation, membership and retention.

We are therefore looking for strong leader, experienced in inspiring, motivating and coaching large teams to perform at their full potential. You will be commercially minded and have a strong track record in growing service led businesses where improving the customer experience is fundamental to growing the business. You could be a General Manager or Regional Manager in leisure or hospitality and will have gained exposure to growing golf/leisure memberships and have managed hotel and food and beverage operations before. Experience in managing significant CAPX projects would be highly desirable
