General Manager Premium Health and Fitness Club 50-55K basic 70K OTE

We are looking to recruit a General Manager in Glasgow to run one of the leading health and fitness clubs in the City.

To be considered you must have a strong general management background focused on driving a multimillion turnover across commercial leisure , hospitality or health and fitness ideally with experience of managing a significant food and beverage operation. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can coach, engage and inspire their team to deliver a consistently outstanding member experience within a high footfall fast paced premium leisure business. You will be commercially astute and have a strong operational background, this is a hands on position where you will be required to work a combination of shifts during the week as well as 1 in 2 weekends when business will be at its peak trading.

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of 50-55K, there is a company car and the opportunity to earn a significant performance related bonus, with 33 days holiday per annum.
