General Manager, Kent Coast up to 40k OTE 50k Gastro Pub and Events Venue

My client is looking for an experienced style bar/ gastro pub general manager to work in an iconic Kent seaside town in a cool hipster multi faceted high quality venue offering gastro dining, gin, real ale and terrace bars on the seafront. The role is ideally to a style bar/gastro GM in the City who is looking at an opportunity to use their London experience and who has real ambition and drive to put their stamp on a business that has huge seasonal highs of up to 120k/week and a significant off season trade built on outstanding reviews and reputation.

You will need to be a hands on and commercially astute and entrepreneurial GM who has a great knowledge and passion for delivering a cutting edge guest experience across both food and beverage. You will adept at managing and training your team to meet seasonal trends and to deliver a premium service. With huge further investment going into a new 200 bedroom hotel there are excellent opportunities for further career development

In return my client is offering an exceptional financial package including a basic salary of up to 40k with a performance related annual bonus of up to 10k per annum. They are also able to offer accommodation for the first 3 months to support with relocation.
