General Manager New Opening - Boutique Fitness Central London up to 40K basic 48K OTE

I have a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused general manager to launch a brand new boutique health club in a prestigious central London location. My clients will be launching their club later this year which is a new and exciting concept for the fitness industry, focused around offering members a fantastic and bespoke training facility supported by elite trainers and coaches..

Interested candidates will need to have significant managerial experience working within the health and fitness market, your role will be focused on driving both annual memberships and bundles of class passes through a proactive outreach strategy targeting the local corporate market. Responsible for a large front of house team as well as personal trainers and freelance instructors you will be responsible for the health and safety and operational performance within the club including maintenance and cleaning. It is essential that interested candidates have an outgoing personality and the confidence to set up the first club in the group without the backing and support of a large head office infrastructure and support team.In addition to a very competitive basic salary my client is offering a performance related bonus of 20% of the basic salary.
