General Manager- Disruptive clinical chain

£55,000- £60,000+ bonus + benefits

Our client is an innovative, entrepreneurial, ambitious, fast paced private clinical operator disrupting the market they are operating in by delivering high quality, affordable and accessible services in their new purpose built centres which they are opening nationwide.

The General Manager is responsible for the operational and commercial performance of the whole business unit and will lead their business development and growth strategy. They will work closely with the Clinical Director, Head Nurse and Head of Service to ensure a high level of customer care and operational excellence at all times whilst maximizing sales, revenue and ultimately EBITDA for the business.
