General Manager Leisure Brand

South London 35-38K basic OTE 42K

I am looking for a General Manager to have sole responsibility for the operational performance and commercial success of the business based in South East London. As General Manager you will be responsible for delivering a consistently excellent level of customer through a well-coached and engaged team of front line of full and part time staff. We are keen to hear from candidates who are hands on and customer facing who can demonstrate;

• Significant Leisure or Hospitality Management experience
• Health & Safety management
• Budgetary and P and L responsibility
• Can drive service and NPS
• Will work shifts including most weekends

In addition to a competitive basic, there is a performance related bonus with 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
