General Manager

South London Up to £33k + bonus

We are looking to recruit a General Manager to work for a leading operator in the leisure industry for a centre in South London.

• Must have a strong operational management background working within health and fitness, commercial leisure, family entertainment or hospitality.
• Demonstrate dynamic leadership that revolves around delivering outstanding customer service and a consistently great customer experience.
• Can lead from the front in driving both memberships and corporate partnerships.
• Have a good working knowledge of health and safety and be first aid trained
• Have proven experience managing a £1m + turn-over business
• This is a hands on position and you will be required to work a combination of shifts during the week as well as 1 in 2 weekends.

Interviews will be taking place in early August.
