General Manager Basingstoke 40-45K basic OTE 55K

We are looking to recruit a general manager to run a leading leisure facility in Basingstoke.

We are keen to talk to general manager candidates who have:

• A proven a track record in running a £1.5m + turnover leisure or hospitality business.
• Who will thrive in a multi-functional, fast paced and hands-on GM role.
• A strong commercial and sales focus across admissions, F and B and retail.
• Strong on health and safety and delivering operational excellence to brand standards.
• Enjoy coaching and leading a large team of full and p/t front line staff.
• Will lead from the front in building community partnerships to drive footfall.
• Will work a combination of shifts including 1 weekend in 2

In addition to a competitive basic of 40-45K depending on experience, there is a 10K performance related bonus paid quarterly with free parking available.
