General Manager - Bad Homburg, Germany

We are looking for an experienced and inspirational General Manager for a premium health and fitness club in Bad Homburg that has recently has a multi-million pound investment making it one of the most prestigious 5* fitness and tennis clubs in Germany.

We are keen to talk to fluentGerman speaking candidates who have a proven track record working in a 5* customer focused hotel, hospitality or retail business, demonstrating: .

• Strong understanding and insight into the key business drivers and commercial opportunities.
• A strong track record in effectively building, leading and coaching a large team of staff.
• Command respect and communicate a clear vision, driving a premium service and high operational standards
• A strong understanding of managing and driving the sales process in a target driven numbers focused business
• A sound knowledge of managing and driving a significant hospitality operation.
• Provide clear and regular business financial and operational reports and updates
• To work on a number of key issues simultaneously prioritising effectively.
• Fluency in German and English
• IT literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A local knowledge of Bad Homburg is desirable but not essential

In return we are offering a highly competitive basic salary of up to 120,000 Euros with a bonus of up to 50%, company car and healthcare.
