I have an excellent opportunity for a general manager to run a well-established exclusive health and fitness club in a highly desirable location in West London, Family owed, 1400 members, with a £200+ /month subscription this is a full service boutique health and fitness club with pool and spa facilities. I am keen to talk to candidates who have:

• 5 years managerial experience working in a premium health and fitness club
• Have a sports science or related degree with a strong fitness/PT background
• Have a well-rounded operational and commercial skill-set
• Have exacting standards and a engaging leadership style
• Live within 45 mins of West London

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary of 50K my client offers a genuine and uncapped bonus structure .
