General Manager NEW OPENING 38-42K +5k bonus

We are looking for a General Manager to open a brand new premium fully staffed health and fitness club in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

As General Manager you will be responsible for:

• The recruitment of your HODs, fitness, sales and front of house team.
• Leading on the presale and ensuring challenging sales targets are achieved.
• Effectively lead, engage and develop the club team in line with the brand values.
• Achievement of KPIs which include membership sales and retention, revenue, cost control and profitability
• Maximizing membership sales, retention and revenue
• Creating and inspiring a culture of service excellence, personalized member engagement and member/guest satisfaction
• Management of facility and operational standards, Health and Safety and regulatory compliance

We are keen to talk to established Managers from within the health and fitness or highly experienced heads of departments with a proven track record in both sales and operational management.
