General Manager East Kilbride 32-40k basic + 6K OTE

Our client Oxygen Free Jumping is looking for a general manager to run their trampoline park in East Kilbride. This is a fast paced, multi- functional and hands-on role with full responsibility for the commercial performance and operational standards within the park. Particular focus will be on driving revenue, brand standards and customer service levels with the support of the Deputy and Management team to deliver an exceptional and fun experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage KPI's and EBITDA and drive the financial performance of the business
Driving sales and awareness campaigns in the local community, schools and businesses.
Delivering high standards of customer care and service
Maintaining and monitoring brand standards
Ensuring stringent Health and Safety requirements are met
Liaising with 3rd party contractors for cleaning, maintenance and utilities
Fully accountable for the p and l and managing multiple income lines
Managing and controlling the labour budget to optimum levels
Recruiting, training and developing a high performing team of full and part time staff.
Working a combination of shifts and an absolute minimum of one weekend in two.

Our client is looking for an experienced general manager who has a proven track record working in health and fitness, commercial leisure or the hospitality industries running a £1m+ turnover business. You will need to demonstrate outstanding service standards and have the entrepreneurial flair to drive the commercial performance in a dynamic part of the leisure industry business that is constantly innovating and developing. The position offers a highly competitive basic salary of 32-40K dependent on experience with the opportunity to earn a performance related bonus of £300-£500 per month.
