General Manager Buckinghamshire up to 60K + 20% Bonus

I am looking for a proven general manager to manage a flagship leisure and hospitality business in Bucks. We are keen to talk to candidates who are working within a premium leisure or hospitality business who have:

• Highly experienced working with a corporate clientele and managing significant corporate partnerships
• Engaged in a healthy lifestyle and on trend with the latest innovations in the market
• Who will thrive in a role with significant autonomy and expert support
• Who are obsessed with ensuring members receive outstanding results
• Have a good knowledge of managing a significant hospitality operation
• Have detailed financial and business acumen and are capable of managing a £5m+ T/O business
• Have experience managing a large team of HODS and a team of 100+

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 60K, there is performance related bonus of up to 20% and free family membership of the club.
