Your role as "Food & Beverage Manager" will be to lead a dynamic and knowledgeable team, delivering the menu to the highest standard, whilst maintaining the friendly lounge atmosphere, which is the very heart of the club!

You will work closely with your team reacting to member feedback whilst ensuring the F&B operation, is compliant at all times with both food hygiene and health and safety legislation.

It will be an advantage if your experience is from working within a fast paced branded F&B operation and that you can demonstrate experience of meeting budgets, hitting targets and driving new business forward, to deliver the business strategy.

To be successful you will thrive when under pressure in this always changing environment, be able to maintain a positive attitude, have oodles of enthusiasm and always be prepared to be hands on and get stuck in with the team.

In addition you will need to have a good eye for detail, be able to communicate at all levels, have strong leadership skills as well as experience of training, development and identifying of potential within your team.
