Fitness and Personal Training Manager North London 45K basic OTE 60K

I am looking for a fitness and personal training manager to launch a luxury new health club that is opening in North London later this year. It will be offering members the latest performance and best in class fitness equipment mirroring the quality of the overall design, fit out and feel throughout the whole club. The financial package on offer with a basic salary of up to 45K with the opportunity to earn a further 15K by personal training off shift reflects the importance that my client places on attracting the very best fitness management talent in the market to launch this multi million pound new club. As the fitness and personal training manager, you will be responsible for:

• The recruitment, induction, ongoing training and development of an exception PT and fitness team
• Proactively managing the teams' commercial performance ensuring PT sessions and member PT penetration targets are achieved,
• Setting individual targets, holding 1:1's and working as senior HOD within the club
• Ensuring the member experience and engagement across the gym floor is exceptional

Interested candidates must have a proven track record working as a fitness and personal training manager within a high volume 5* luxury health and fitness club. Commercially astute and with first class interpersonal and communication skills you will be looking to further your career at the cutting edge of the fitness industry in London.
