Fitness Manager Colchester 28K basic 35K OTE + PT

We are working on a high profile opportunity for a fitness manager to work in Colchester at one of the largest and most successful premium heath and fitness clubs in the region. Working with the latest cutting edge fitness equipment, driving a very successful PT product with a fitness team of 20 personal trainers and fitness coaches and a 110 class timetable across multiple studios. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering an exceptional member journey from induction and personal reviews .
• Consistently provide a 5* service to a 6000 member base.
• Delivering all of the gym products and new concepts
• Driving PT revenue and penetration
• Recruiting, training and developing the PT team to meet individuals and team targets
• Leading from the front on delivering an exceptional service and member experience
• Working as a key head of department across the whole club
  

Interested candidates will need:

• a proven track record in the fitness industry in either club or fitness management.
• Hold a minimum of level 3 Fitness qualification
• Live within 30 minutes of Colchester
