We are recruiting for a hands on duty manager for an outstanding leisure provider. The role is paying up to 21K has great opportunities to progress in your leisure career. The role will see you play an integral part of the supervisory team- ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and as always communication is key! Key tasks for the role will include:
* Dealing with member interactions and resolving issues where they arise
* Making sure the team at all times have health & safety in the heart of all that they do
* Leading tasks as delegated by the operations manager
* Being a key holder
* Being a trusted member of the team- and on hand to support all departments

To apply for this role you will need to ideally hold a valid NPLQ and FAAW, however if you can demonstrate the ability to pass these courses there is an opportunity to undertake training.
