Duty Manager 24-27K Wood Green North London

We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager to work for a high profile premium private members club nr Wood Green in North London. Reporting directly into the club manager you will responsible for managing and directing the front line reception, fitness and lifeguard team as well as taking responsibility for conducting membership tours and hitting your individual sales target each month.

We are keen to talk to candidates who have a passion for delivering a great member/customer experience, you'll be a confident and articulate individual who has experience managing a team of front line staff within a high footfall premium service business. You will need to have a genuine interest in health and fitness and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Previous supervisory leisure experience is desirable but not essential as my client has taken on candidates working in both hotels and high end retail with great success.

As one of the key members of the management team you will be required to work a combination of early, middle and late shifts and typically 1 weekend in 2.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of 22-24K dependent on experience there is the opportunity to earn a further 3k bonus in sales related commission.
