Digital Communications Executive to 34K Hinckley

We are recruiting for a Digital Communications and Insight Executive to work for a leading leisure business in Hinckley. Reporting directly into the regional sales and digital manager you will be responsible for delivering targeted digital campaigns for 70 leisure centres. This will also include multi-site contracts that have recently been won and where there will be an immediate opportunity to make a huge difference by introducing the full range of marketing and digital collateral with email and text campaigns to support the membership sales teams at the new centres.

• The development and implementation of CRM strategies with back-end system knowledge
• Producing well written and engaging copy and images.
• Creating and managing promotional campaigns and competitions.
• Delivering compelling customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
• Delivering CRM / data marketing / email marketing
• Analyse, test and improve both opening and click through ratios.
• Use the insight to take customer communications to the next level.

Interested candidates will require a minimum of 2 years experiences working within a similar position. The position is based in Hinckley with opportunities to travel around the business. An interest in fitness is advantageous but not essential.
