Customer Sales Manager 23k OTE 25K + Musselburgh

An immediate opening for a customer sales manager to work for a leading family entertainment centre in Musselburgh. You will be a senior manager within the centre and take responsibility whilst on shift for both the operational performance of the centre whilst leading on driving sales and new business into the venue. You will be building and developing local partnerships with schools, sports clubs and community groups. Other responsibilities include:

  • Support the General Manager to maintain and improve the highest standard of customer service and achieving customer focused KPI's.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the park and carrying out the role of shift manager as and when required.
  • To hit site sales targets linked to membership, group bookings, parties and any other business initiative that may be enacted from time to time.
  • Effective management of lead generation using Sales Force processes.
  • Responsible for the overall café GP performance.
  • To deliver sales, product and customer service training to junior staff and new starters and to continually develop the entire team in these areas as the business needs change.
  • To deliver strong event sales at Xmas, End of Term and Halloween.
  • To deliver local sales and marketing plans including the day-to-day management of social media.

We are keen to hear from candidate who have:

  • At least 1 years management experience leading and coaching a team in a high footfall leisure, hospitality or retail business.
  • The confidence and credibility to lead and coordinate a provocative sales plan in the local community.
  • Highly organised with an eye for details and a passion for delivering a great experience in a family focused business.
  • Have an outgoing personality and a willingness to work a combination of shifts and 2 weekends out of 4.
