Corporate Sales Manager - New Boutique Fitness Club - Up to £35,000+ £12-15K commission but uncapped

London City

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to help build the membership base of a brand new Luxury Health and Fitness Club opening in the heart of London City.

Role:

  • Support with devising then implementing the pre-sales sales and marketing strategy.
  • Reach out into the Corporate community signing up as much corporate business as you can!
  • Get involved with organising Corporate events and wellness days.
  • Collaborate with and support other departments to make the club a success.
  • Recruit, train and lead a small sales team when you are up and running.
  • Support with growing the wider business

The person

  • Immaculately presented with outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
  • Corporate membership sales experience within the London City market.
  • Experience in selling premium/luxury health and fitness club membership.
  • Some experience in coaching and supporting membership sales consultants possibly as a Sales Manager, Senior Sales, Corporate sales or Business development Manager.
  • Pre-sales experience would be a plus
