Corporate Sales Manager - Brentford up to 40k basic OTE 55K

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join an iconic brand in the fitness industry based in Brentford, West London. The business has recently been acquired by a well-established private equity firm who are actively restructuring and repositioning the business whilst objecting significant investment and expertise to drive both growth and profit. There are exciting plans to significantly develop their training division and grow their corporate market share before taking the brand overseas making this a fantastic opportunity for a career focused corporate sales manager to make their mark in a business that will be evolving and growing at pace..

The role of Corporate Sales manager is standalone and pivotal, you will have full accountability and responsibility for all aspects of corporate sales so it is essential candidates have the skills and experience to be able to get in front of key decision makers and tailor individual packages involving localised solutions. The role is not selling packages off the shelf so it needs a creative approach and a huge passion for the fitness industry and the ability to sell corporate activity days and sports days using the power of the brands you are working with and the added value these corporate experiences will deliver to engagement and team building.

We are keen to talk to candidates who have experience within the health and fitness or commercial leisure sectors who want to step up into a standalone corporate sales management. Managing workloads and prioritising will be key and excellent communication skills will also be important.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of up to 40k, benefits include an uncapped bonus, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and private medical insurance. The role will also include an attractive commission scheme.
