Corporate Director of Food and Beverage - Hotel Group, Europe/UK

You will be required to create the vision and strategy to enhance the Hotel Group's F & B division. This role will suit a Corporate F & B Director with exceptional standards currently leading a multi outlet portfolio of at least 20 Hotels and the mission and ability to raise F & B offering in all Hotels and resorts withing the portfolio.

The role will include:

• Extensive travel to all the Hotels and Resorts
• The development and support of new restaurant and bar standards
• Improving Guest experience F & B rankings
• Improving brand standards and operational F & B programs
• F & B Revenue
• Development and planning
• F & B communication within the portfolio
• F &B trends
• Budgets
• Exposure or experience with the "all inclusive resort" sector is an advantage

Exposure or experience with some resorts in the "all inclusive" sector is an advantage
