This beautiful resort in North Cornwall consists of a number of self catering lodges set in the stunning countryside of the small village of Bude. We have a brand new bar & restaurant on site and are looking for a vibrant and dedicated individual to join our busy food & beverage department.

Duties will include but not limited to;

• Daily cleaning

• Daily temp checks

• Assist in preparing and serving good quality food

• Up to date with all regulations regarding health and safety, food hygiene and cleaning.

The ideal candidate will have a background with both kitchen and bar work and the position will be an immediate start
