Our client is a unique and progressive Leisure Trust with a genuine desire to improve the health and wellness of the communities they serve. They are looking for a Contract Manager to drive the strategy and performance of their two impressive multi-purpose sports and leisure centres in South Derbyshire and build on their strong relationship and programmes with the local council, education, sports, health and community groups.

Your success as Contract Manager will be down to leading, coaching and inspiring your centre management teams to achieve financial, service, operational and social objectives and building positive relationships with all of your key partners.

To be considered for this post, you will already be an experienced General Manager, Centre Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager or Contract Manager within the leisure industry with a track record in achieving commercial results in a multifaceted environment. Experience of working in partnership with local authorities and delivering community objectives is highly desirable.

The package includes a basic of circa £42,000 with £12,000 bonus potential. There is also high degree of autonomy within the organisation and if successful there will be the opportunity to contribute towards shaping the whole business going forward.
