I am looking for a commercial director with a proven track record working at a similar level within the hospitality, retail, or commercial leisure sectors. My client is a market leader within the global fitness industry so for this role it is essential interested candidates have a genuine passion and interest for both group exercise and fitness in general. Responsibilities include:

  • Establish, implement and support the company-wide goals, strategies, business plans, budgets and company policies
  • Lead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes
  • Drive the Regional Sales teams to achieve new sales and retention targets and objectives
  • To be obsessed with the training, upskilling and development of both sales and support teams at every level..
  • Provide leadership and KPi's to manage all the sales teams across activity, conversions and yield.
  • Set and clearly communicate high expectations for all team mates and lead them to achieve world class results
  • Develop and maintain key partnership with key Health and fitness industry chains and customers in vertical markets.

Interested candidates must have the insightful leadership, drive, and passion to lead in the fast paced business range of products and services intrinsically link B2B and B2C in the rapidly evolving fitness and wellness pace. It is expected that you will have a minimum of 10 years senior leadership responsibility of which a minimum of 5 will be at regional or group level in sales. Working with Challenger sales techniques is preferred.
