Cluster Sales Manager - Sports & Fitness - West London

Circa £27K-£30K + £500-£750-month commission.

We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager to work across two fantastic Sports and Fitness Clubs in the London Notting Hill area, working for a great health and fitness brand renowned for developing and progressing their internal talent.

The role:

• Recruit, coach, motivate and develop a team of sales consultants to achieve their gym membership KPI's.

• Creating sales plans and delivering outreach activity in the local area.

• Analysing and interpreting data from the prospect database and implementing strategy to improve the overall sales process.

• Work with the different sports departments to help increase bookings and ultimately revenue in these areas.

• Leading by example and contributing towards the overall sales target for the clubs.

• Support both clubs to ensure members have a fantastic customer experience.

• Work a mixture of shifts from 9am-6pm to 12-9pm Monday-Friday and close out weekends over a 40-hour week.

The person.

• An outgoing professional disposition with energy and drive in abundance.

• A can-do attitude who will lead by example.

• Experience of leading sales consultants as a sales manager, senior sales, Deputy club Manager or Club Manager preferably within the health and fitness/leisure industry.

• Experience of planning and delivery of marketing and outreach activities.

• Evidence of high performance in previous commercial roles.

• A demonstrable passion for health and fitness.

• Can reliably commute to Notting Hill daily (Parking available).
