Cluster Sales Manager - Berkshire - Up to £28K+ £6K bonus

We are looking for a Cluster Sales Manager in Berkshire for one of the largest and most progressive fitness operators in the U.K.

The Cluster Sales Manager is a new post created to support and drive sales at four recently acquired sites in Berkshire. The role will therefore include re-launching the rebranded sites including; putting together the local sales, marketing and outreach strategy; recruitment, training and supporting a high performing sales team, then leading and inspiring your sales team, managing them through clear KPI's and; managing and monitoring sales integrity and compliance through reporting and audits. There will also be the opportunity to pre-sale and support with the opening of two new sites in the future and with the company growing fast, the long term prospects are great too.
