Cluster General Manager- Leisure Management - Competitive + benefits - Hertfordshire

Our client is a progressive leisure operator renowned for developing their internal talent. We are looking for seasoned leisure management professional to take ownership of two of their diverse centres in Hertfordshire including the complete redevelopment of one of them.

The post holder will be based at one site and act as the General Manager whilst also overseeing the commercial, operational and financial performance of their other centre in the area. Coaching and developing your management team, maintaining brand and operating standards, exceeding service standards and driving sales will be fundamental to your success in this post. In addition to these core responsibilities the post holder will be tasked with managing a large scale refurbishment of one of the centres over the next 12-months.

We are eager to talk to General Managers or Area Managers who have gained significant experience in leading, coaching and developing large teams within multi-faceted leisure facilities and who can boast tangible commercial achievements to date. It would be highly desirable if the person also has previous experience in managing multi-million pound refurbishment projects
