My client is currently looking for an experienced General Manager for a health and fitness club in Cheltenham. Paying 30-35k with a generous OTE scheme I am particularly keen to talk to General Managers from a within Health and Fitness who have experience of pre-sales and have proven experience of growing a membership base.

The role will require energy, tenacity and a real drive to succeed. A pre-existing site with a growing member base, you will lead a sales team, and 2 heads of department, along with a personal training team. You will need to be flexible, thick skinned and want the responsibility to run your own club. The hours will demand evenings and weekends ( on a shift basis) and require you to be fitness qualified

Due to the nature of Pre-sales you must have commercial experience or have had experience within membership sales/ outreach
