€100,000 base + 35% bonus + Car + LTIP

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join a leading fitness brand in Prague at a pivotal stage of further growth and expansion. This is a Board-level role with significant influence, responsible for shaping and delivering the company's commercial strategy.

As CCO, you will drive revenue growth, elevate brand positioning, and lead customer engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence and member satisfaction. You will need to be working at a Senior level within the global fitness industry and be a fluent Czech speaker with an excellent command of English.
