Boutique Club Manager c 30K + bonus West London

We are seeking a club manager to launch a brand-new Pilates and Personal Training focused studio in a highly sought after and affluent location in West London. As part of an established group with well-developed ways of working, you will be responsible for launching, promoting and managing a class timetable of around 60 classes alongside managing and coaching the highly qualified team of both employed and freelance trainers and instructors.

The role of club manager is very much customer focused, day to day you will be working front of house delivering the member experience and being responsible for delivering new and repeat sales of class passes for this premium brand.

The other key area of the role is to drive new and referral business through targeted outreach and a proactive approach to promoting the new studio and achieving targeted KPi's within the local residential and corporate markets. This will include organising events and promotions and driving referral campaigns.

You'll take responsibility for managing the programming of the timetable, driving secondary sales of retail products, open and close when on shift, banking alongside accountability for delivering the highest level of operational excellence and health and safety throughout the studios.

The position will involve working a combination of early and late shifts and you will be required to work 1 day every weekend with 2 days off either side of the day worked.
