Assistant Manager - West London
Up to 30K

My client is one of the leading sport facility based in the heart of west London. They have a passion for delivering an excellent service to their members and guest alike and are looking for an assistant manager who can lead from the front! The role is paying up to 30K for the right candidate and would be ideal for a health and fitness manager who has food & beverage experience.

The assistant manager responsibilities will include:
* Managing a team of duty managers, and key front line staff
* Ensuring that the site is performing at an operational excellence standard at all times
* Making the most of member interactions and taking time to improve the member journey wherever possible
* Work towards a positive P&L goal- understanding and managing key elements including food & beverage
* Leading relevant training and induction processes for your direct reports
* Assisting in the organization and smooth running of events at site
