I am looking to speak to experienced General Managers who are looking to step up into an exciting area manager role. The role is for a company who offer a unique fitness concept and are looking for manager who demonstrates running facilities to an exceptionally high service standards. Paying up to 32K with a bonus scheme of up to 10% annually this is a great company to make your mark as an area manager.
The area manager would oversee a number of General managers and would be tasked with training and developing the team to the highest possible standards with the brand being at the forefront of all that you do. In addition to this some of the areas of core responsibility would be; performance related goal setting, managing budgets and payrolls in line with the business plan, analysing reporting and creating appropriate actions plans and being an on-call support to your managers.
I would be keen to talk to General Managers or Area Managers who hold fitness qualifications, and ideally are already within the health and fitness industry. It would be desirable if you had experience in the 5* market but not essential. The sites will be in variety of central London locations and also require up to 8 days per month at head office- so being based already in London would be an advantage.
